I've long had an affinity with the honey bee, I admire their community culture and drive although I feel they are often misunderstood due to their self defence ability to sting
HomeBase
Inspired by the pandemic and the blurring of home life versus work life, an app was developed to aid in work productivity, daily tasks that are hindered by poor mental health and create an online community so users can help each other reach their goals and develop a community atmosphere during times of great isolation.
Otomi
Inspired by the repeated tear drop shapes present in the traditional embroidery style of the Otomi people of Southern Mexico, the typeface uses a stencil-like design that is reminiscent of the painted street signs seen in bodegas, stores and restaurants and is therefore suited for branding that is filled with personality.
